Construction on our newest cabin was completed in February 2007. Prices are $160.00 per night or $950.00 per week, except during our peak seasons ( from the last week in June through the first week of September, and from the last week of January through the second week of March ) during which time, rates are $175.00/night or $1050/week. During the summer peak season, cabins are usually rented by the week only, Saturday to Saturday, although daily rentals are sometimes possible at the very beginning or at the very end of this season, or if we've had a cancellation and are trying to fill open days. Rates are for up to six people, children under ten are not counted. Additional persons cost $6.00/person/night or $25.00/week. All prices are subject to Maine state tax of 7%. Cabin reservations for one week or more require a $300.00 deposit due at the time the reservation is made, refundable up to 90 days before check-in.

Currently we have five cabins. The layout for each is as follows:
Cabins are complete with linen and towels and have three bedrooms. The first floor bedroom has one queen bed. The two upstairs bedrooms have each a queen bed and a set of comfortable twin bunk beds. Additionally, these spacious cabins offer two full baths, phones, cable TV, well equipped kitchen, living room, covered porch, outside fireplace, gas grill, screened gazebo, boat docks, and private beach. Suggested items to pack for your stay include: beach towels and water shoes (for summer guests), 13 gallon kitchen garbage bags, paper towels, and extra towels and washcloths if desired (ten sets are supplied with cabin).
